How do I order and pay for a rental?

You can complete the entire rental and payment process online only. After making a reservation through the website, you pay the deposit with a credit card. After returning the borrowed bike, we will send the difference between the deposit and the rental amount back to your account.

Where do I pick up my bike?

The bicycle can be picked up and returned at Velocity Lamačská cesta 8/A, 811 04, Bratislava. During working days and hours, a collection point is available at the rear of the store. On Saturday, you pick up/return the bike directly at the store.

When can I pick up the bike?

The bike must be picked up and returned exactly at the time you enter when creating the online order. You can find the opening hours of the rental office in the contacts of the website.

Offer for companies and larger groups

If you are looking for more bicycles, for example for team building for companies and larger groups, contact us at rental@velocity.sk and we will negotiate an offer individually.

Can I also borrow accessories?

Each bike is ready with platform pedals installed, but if you are interested in SPD or road pedals, just mention it in the notes when ordering. You can also borrow a helmet, GPS navigation Wahoo Roam.
